Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

The following guidelines for prospective authors apply:

  1. Article consists of title, name of author, affiliation, abstract (Indonesian and English), keywords, introduction, methodology, results and discussion, conclusion, and references (see TEMPLATE and AUTHOR GUIDELINES).
  2. Article should be actual, research results, and references derived from books and accredited national journal articles, especially reputable international journals.
  3. Each manuscript should begin with a 150-word abstract of its content.
  4. Article should be original script and not plagiarism (see: REFERENCE LETTER).
  5. Articles should be approximately 7500 words long; however, both shorter and longer manuscripts will be considered.
  6. Articles could be based on either conceptual or empirical research findings.
  7. Manuscripts should be submitted for consideration by email attachment; Microsoft Word is preferred.
  8. Notes should be numbered in the form of footnote.
  9. Unless otherwise indicated earlier, abbreviations should be avoided. Titles of journals should be written out in full.
  10. All article manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by qualified academics in the field; this is a process that may take weeks or months.
  11. Manuscripts may be edited for style prior to publication.
  12. Authors should be willing to respond to questions from readers of their articles.
  13. The reference (footnotes and references) follows this format:

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
